it is intentional. if you had read the beta2 release notes by frogboy you would have seen if not understood
- The Imperial Factions are not enabled
- Non-Canon custom races are not enabled (Elves, Dwarves, Halflings, Goblins, Drengin, Drath, etc.)
- The map is hard-coded
- Diplomatic Victory disabled
- Master Quest victory disabled
- Spell of Making disabled
- Diplomacy is Disabled
- Custom Multiplayer Games are disabled
this means the exact same map for testing, and the ONLY variances I have seen is that the special resources differ each time the map is played along with the starting location(s) (I do not know if this IS intentional or not)
