[bug/gameplay] individual is stronger than a party (4) (Displaybug?)

I just designed my first own unit for the very first time, and was damn happy about it so I built a group of 4 of them. Strangely they only had a combat rating of 11, which looked pretty weak to me. Later on I just built a single unit, since I noticed that the AI does so and their units seemed strangely strong to me. et voila: combat rating was at 14!

Maybe it's just a display bug, I dunno.
