[Beta 2a][BUG] Cloth map scrolls quickly to another location by itself

A number of times while zoomed out to the cloth map, the location jumped to a spot hidden by the fog of war in the upper left hand corner of the map. It was a quick jump and not a scroll at my defined scroll speed.
