[.803][Crash] Researching too high results in blank tech

So I finished researching all the available techs, and got a turn where absolutly nothing showed up for the research. The subsequent turn the game locked up and wouldn't let me proceed any further. Save is here: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=CWEWC24K in the event the hang was for some other reason.
