[.803] [Bug] Sovereign Movement from 2 pts to 3 pts not working.

When expending 2/10's of a point on the Sovereign's movement, it is apparently not saved at the main attributes screen (see screen shot below).  As shown by the Level, all points were allocated to Movement.  However, during mouse-over on Sovereign's Master Screen, Movement went from "1.0 to 2.0."  Interesting given Sovereign starts at 2 movement points in this build.

Yeah from practicing with it in a long game it seems ot save the points but you actually start at 1.5 which rounds up to 2.0 so it takes a number of levels to actually see any change.
