[Suggestion] Quests Gameplay

Just a small suggestion about quests.  It would be nice if maybe there were quests that were maybe epic or even had multiple ways to complete or choices in them in which each choice may have different consequences for you, your kingdom, your champions, your family, ect.  Like if you keep attacking the bandits and choosing to kill them then maybe they kidnap a child, your husband/wife or even a valued servant.

You haven't done the cave quest, then? =p

Hopefully they'll expand on that. Like being able to ride the wolves. That would be truly epic.

Yea, thats the kind of quests I want.  ones with big rewards or consequences.  Like if a small town you come across wants you to get rid of darklings in a cave, you go to the cave, they offer you some amazing sword for their life, you decide to take it.  Couple turns later that town gets destroyed in a darkling raid and gets turned into a town that starts releasing trained, aggressive powerful darklings to fight everyone.  And it was your fault.

I have to say I would like much fewer quests in general (there are inns like every 5 spaces) but have them be weightier and lengthier.

I dont have that problem, I see inns pop up few and far between in my games.

Really? Are your settings the defaults? At any given time I have like 5 noblemen to escort, workshops to rescue and evil wizards to stop :P

Which reminds me, is there like a quest log I can use to keep track of all the stuff I have to do? Additionally, quest destinations need to be more obvious in the 3D game. I don't like having to zoom out to the cloth map to see where the nobleman's father's estate is.

Yes, but it's well-hidden: press the "Kingdom Info" button on the left of the HUD, then select "Kingdom Report", Then pick the "Quests" tab at the top of the dialog.

It just has the basic quest details: It'd be nice if it told you what needed to be done next on the quest (ie: return to inn with the rat), and who it was assigned to.
