[Suggestion] Switch between cities while in build menu

When I was playing earlier, there was one thing I kept trying to do: To switch to a different city while in the build menu.

I know it's a minor thing, but perhaps I'm too used to such a feature in Civ IV. It would be pretty handy to use the unit selector system in the top left to switch between cities while in the build menu, instead of having to click done, select the city, then click the build button again.

I was going to make the same suggestions.  Used to play another game years ago (can't recall name of it now) that had Right/Left arrows on the city panel for cycling between cities.

Total agreement. Clicking a city, then build/train button, select click build.train again, close, find another city and do it all over again. Crazy stuff.
