.803 /Crash Gameplay

Actually more of a can not get past the title screen.

With version 802 I was fine playing without a problem and hitting the standard bugs.  However with the .803 update I can not get past the title screen.  I have to CAD to be able to close it.  Tried all the normal trouble shooting that I am aware of.  Prior to posting all my stats has anyone else hit this or might have any helpfull pointers?

My specs are Win Vista 64 bit SP 2

Geforce 9800GTX with updated 6/15/10 drivers

My antivirus is disabled and I do not appear to have a problem with the internet being blocked.  Tried window mode with taskmanager opened up and within 5 seconds of the title screen being displayed TM is reporting the program as not responding.  Any other ideas to try?
