Decimal Increments In Movement Are Meaningless
Having a Sovereign with a movement of 2.1, 2,7, or 3.0 amounts to the same thing - 3 tiles. Why bother with the distinction?

I don't understand either. Especially since all the other Stats are now whole number increments.
So that you know that all you need is .2 to the next level, for example?
isnt that gone in the new beta version. Noticed alot of points except for attack speed are in increments of 1 now. not .1
It means that while 1 level will add +1 move, you will need 6 levels total to get +2 moves. No more speedy Sovereigns.
All other stats are in increments of 1, but Movement is in increments of 0.2. And you only get 1 point to spend when you level.
The only thing I can think of is you could move extra in a road, but I'm not even sure what the movement cost for those are.
ya- its a trade off- use up a whole point for + str or Dex-- or get a .2 for move and have to wait a few levels for the extra move.
it's a sound rule for leveling.
Movement should be taken out of level ups. Experience does not make you travel any faster. Movement speed is a physical limitation and it should stay that way. I'm sure there will be all kinds of mounts and magical means to make your Sovereign / army travel faster.
What could happen with experience is getting a Pathfinding feat that would eliminate movement penalties when traveling on difficult terrain.
I have to admit though, it stopped my superfast sovereign strategy. Honestly, having a sovereign with 7 movement speed blazing over the terrain WITH his army was more than a little silly.
So if i spend 6 levels with 0.2 MOV for sovereign, i get 1 more movement point?
Because after adding 0.2 during 4 levels there is no any effect and movement points displayed the same digit - 2.0
