[.803] [Crash] Out of Memory

I play for somewhere between 50-150 turns, and then I get the "out of memory" error, and it brings up the desktop where I "ok" the message (there by shutting down the game).  Also, sometimes the error message won't actually bring up the desktop, at which point I simply control-alt-delete, shut down the game from there.

I've also been getting this in every game I play that goes for 100 or more turns.

It's really frustrating knowing that you can't get to the end-game content because the game is guaranteed to crash after a certain point.

i seem to have good luck compared to some people here

all my 802 games were fine(with a very occasion unrepeatable crash every so often)

played 2 803 games, the first locked up on the reseach tab at about turn 200, could not find away around it, the second game was fine at about turn 600, when i had nothing left but to kill the ai, which it let me do:P

i've got 6G of ram on my rig (and yes i know the game can only address 2 of that), how much are you guys running
