[Beta 2A][Bug/Gameplay] Witches hut creates revived land around it when it appears

On the wild goose chase quest each time the witches hut appeared it created revived land around it (3x3).   The cloth map showed it as belonging to me.   It allowed me to create a new city at no essence cost. (x3 if I'd had the cash/desire)

 

My adventurer who completed the task also became invisible (and not able to clear FOW) after completing the task until I combined him with another army.  (Entering and leaving a city did not bring him back.)  Next time I'll get a save and screenshots to be able to file it as a separate bug.

At the end of the witches sisters quest, they give you the compass that they talked about at first, but the last thing it says it that she gives you the telescope you asked about.

And then on the next turn, I traveled to the witch's hut, found out I had to travel to her sister's hut, and on the next turn the old hut disappeared, leaving the revived land, and the new witch's hut appeared elsewhere, similarly creating revived land and showing it as my area of influence.

This seems to happen for all placed hut-like buildings.

Can confirm that is happens to me as well, but this also occurs with all other placed quest locations such as a village.

I just noticed that it only happens after a new turn.   If you are super speedy (or have another character near where the hut appears) and get the hut the same it appears the land is not renewed.

I get exact same situation.
