[.803][Suggestion] Quest location spawn points

Something that always gets me is when I go over the Inns to do some good old fashion questing I am unable to get to the quest location. Its one thing when it happens to spawn in a place that is blocked off by enemy territory. However actually spawning the estate to escort the noblewomen to inside of enemy territory seems like something that could be looked at. I mean now I got these noble ladies wanting to go home hanging around my palace eating all my cake crumpets. Those are my crumpets gosh darn it!

Fully agree. When it's inside the enemy territory, with the current state of the AI, I've been known to declare war just to complete the quest.
