[crash]Reproducable Crash when attacking enemy sovereign

I've attached a save, if you move the Ebbenwolf and Toledo the Blade stationed in the town of Nociq South and attack and kill Lady Procipinee the Ebbenwolf will kill her giving a victorious battle report, then Toledo will advance and attack nothing after which the game will crash to desktop.
