[Suggestion] Custom 'Card' Colour

Hi there guys,

Fairly simple and easy to explain suggestion really.

Remember how in GalCiv2 you were able to select your race's colour for the UI (and ships)?

Well, let us do the same for the cards! Granted, race customisation isn't yet, so who knows, perhaps this is already possible? But every single card I've seen so far has had a white BG.

If we could chose bg/text/banner colours it'd be fantastic. :)

The different kingdoms have different coloured symbols for the city imporvements and the same colour for the roof tiles. So at least something is changeable.

I had noticed this, it's a great touch. Still, though! I don't imagine the custom card idea to take much in the way of dev resources, so far as new features at this point go.

It's no gamebreaker to me, but it'd be nice nonetheless. Perhaps a post release thing. :)

I'd like to be able to choose a "banner" for your dynasty that's different from your faction.
