just update sins to current, create a folder next to your mods-v1.191 named mods-v1.15

extract the mods you want into the mods-v1.15 folder, then download my modding utilities pack 1.191+e+d from the mod updater thread

extract all of the contents of the rar to a folder on the computer(can be anywhere including on the desktop) open the folder and run the harpos_SINS_mod_updater.exe.

the program will give you instructions in it's window, and DO NOT click on the exit button until after the copy and update has told you how long it took to update all the mods.

by the way the mod updater is designed to update ALL of the mods in a given mods folder in ONE pass, so you do not have to navigate into a particular mod, and if a mod is in the destination folder it does NOT overwrite it only COPIES files if they do NOT exist in the destination.
