[Beta 2A][Suggestion] - Changing unit skin color in "Unit Design"

Would it be possible to change the skin color of the units within the "unit design" screen? 

I wasn't sure if this was planned, but since we can have, for instance, a custom green color sovereign, it seems logical that we have the option to make the soldiers skin color green as well.

you do this when you make a custom faction. this gives all your units a consistent look (which may not be ideal). so if you want one unit with green skin, all your units will have green skin.
