[.803] [Bug/graphics] Same character in two different locations and influence area acting strange

Influence area acting very stange

After receiving a quest, my influence went right to the quest's target nearby and formed this type of area of influence.

The Npc Myrimahus's model is not moving along to where he actually is, when the model is selected it goes to the location where he should be.

 

Not really good at doing bug reports, if anyone has a suggestion on how I could improve this, please let me know. :'(

First, I have the same problem as the first screen, second don't post two bugs in one post, third give the post an understandable name. As in:

[.803] [Bug/graphics] City border displays wrong when I accept a quest.
