[Graphics] Fog of war stuck on screen

You can also see the exact same fog of war patchs from 10 games ago in a screen shot I posted yesterday.

Whiles playing at some point the fog of war manages to have some patches stuck on the screen. Once stuck these patchs never go away.

I have had this on areas of the screen as well with an NVidia 9800 GT. reloading takes care of it.

found alot of graphics not loading properly. Like Avatars or buildings invisible. I usually have to zoom out to cloth map then zoom back in. Fixs alot of problems. But not good to have in final version.
