Patchwork Greaves dont Reduce Movement

As the title mentions, the Patchwork Greaves reduced my movement speed by 1. The item description states it gives 1 Defense, which it accurately shows in my stats, but it doesnt mention reducing movement speed by 1.

Edit: I missed the fact the greaves dont replace the pants, but the pants + boots which gave me a 1 movement bonus.

Ohhh silly me, you're right I thought the greaves just replaced the pants, whoops ma bad ^_^'
