[Bug] High tier Buildings become invisible

I noticed that about a quarter of my city will often vanish when I zoom out never to be seen again, though you can tell they are still functioning. I know that estates and villas are a problem. I think some of the abbeys and tax buildings are also gone.

Are you sure they don't reappear if you switch from 3D to cloth map and back?

Some reappear and some don't. I can't find a definite pattern other than that someone said not all the graphics for high toer buildings are in.
