[But/Graphics] Buildings and units turn invisible

I have no idea of the cause.. it appears to be triggered by an action though. Once from delivering the noble all my units disappeared. The second time upon building an earth shrine about half of my buildings went invisible. Mind you that they were still there, just not visible on the map.

Do they reappear if you zoom out to cloth map and back?
