[Bug/Graphics] Building shadows go strange

You will notice the black blobs toward the top of the screen. In full screen, these are extremely noticable. Did not happen initially, unknown trigger. Persists intermittently, even through game restart+load.

I was unable to grab the .err file, my apologies. I should be able to reproduce this, however, and will repost if I do.

It's a known issue caused by the city wall breaking (which in turn is caused by gaps or holes in your improvement placement).

Coincidentally, if you look in that screenshot, the sovereign is showing, even though in the city.
