[.802][bug/gameplay] Quest troubles

Once in a while, you will go on the map on an inn and there will be nothing happening. Waited a turn, still nothing. So saved and came back and voila! It gave me the quest.

Another problem was when I encountered a troll voluntary knowing I would be killed during an escort quest. Got killed, got messages about failing, but highlighted destination stayed on the map.
