Stealth Update?

I started a new game just now and there was a new sovereign available. While moving around in the fog, I saw horses! I don't see anything posted.

However, when I click "New Game' now the new sovereign isn't there!?!?! I do still have horses, at least in this game save.

I've seen horses since Friday. Couldn't do anything with them, but they were there. I haven't played yet today so I dunno about a new sovereign.

Horses were already in, you just can't use them yet.

No worries. The devs are the folks who really need to pony up about the stealth/invisibility questions. Even a vague "We haven't ruled it out or in yet" would be better than the apparently complete lack of response.
