My character (gilden) had a third generation 'grand'son (male) born to one of my direct line (male) and one of Altar's heirs (female). As usual (is his intended?), the new heir swore fealty to the mother's country.
However, I had recently destroyed Altar, as well as all of their 'dynasty' with the exception of the guys mom, causing him to swear alliegence to a non-existant nation.
