[.802][Bug/Gameplay] odd issues

did the knight rescue quest /killed the bandits  and when i checked my loot

there was this 

-1.70638e-013 gildar ability bonus

 

i had these npc'c in my party

ihasoviac farmer

muvueratha champion +2 research

lady irane sovereign

 

latter in that game i was unable to place a harbor next to a beach tile.

 

but a city that was no were near the water  i was able to ..

Lady Irane's thief ability is bugged. It's supposed to give additional gildars every battle, I'm not sure if it actually gives the bonus gildars but the message that appears always looks like that.

I've seen the same thing with both harbors and fisheries.
