[.802][Bug] Useless ring

im wondering if it's actually zero, or it it is a 0.25 bonus and the program is rounding the displayed digit to 0 (the actual bonus still stays at 0.25). is there a way to check?

i have seen this ring also many times.

it shows 0 if the value is 0.25 (or maibe even 0.5) for all kind of weapons

it gives you +.25 to combat speed.  Because the value is less than .5, it doesn't show up.
