Entrenchment missing

I put in a ticket for the same thing. Under my serials it shows I own two digital copies of Sins with the same key, but no Entrenchment. Of course this happens just after I rebuild my computer for the first time in 2 years. 

Contacting [email protected] is indeed the right course of action.  We should be able to get both of you straightened out.

I am glad to hear that, it has been just under a day since I put my ticket in with no response or update. I followed up with a [email protected] email just to make sure. I would really love to play the game. Almost unplayable without Starbases

Actually, I'd recommend against multiple emails, unless you need to add something important, as it resets the ticket's place in line.    We're not too backed up, though, so you should get a response some time tomorrow.  (I'm writing this from home, otherwise I'd pull it up now)

Well, it's been a few months and nothing has happened. How do I get Entrenchment back? You can't play without those awesome starbase things.

I'm seeing the game registered to your account, so there's no problem there.  Try closing Impulse and running the following file:

http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg

Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web browsers will not handle the file type correctly.  Once you follow the link, save the file and double click it to apply it.  Then relaunch Impulse.  You will need to re-login with your username/e-mail (either will work) and password.

I have the same problem. I downloaded the fix_registrations file and applied it. Now Impulse just flashes on the screen when I open it, and there is no tray icon. What did I do wrong?

Edit: I got the tray app back, but still cannot re-download Entrenchment.

For you, try removing Impulse completely with the following removal tool:

Reboot your computer, then install Impulse from the latest installer here:
