[.802 Graphics] Cloth map and zoomed in show soveign in different tiles

In a 1v1AI multiplayer game, I moved my sovereign out of my town. On the cloth map she is where she should be, where I clicked:

But if I zoom in to see the real map, she appears 1 tile to the south east:
