[Beta2][Crash]Game crashes on opening of research screen

Opening the research screen consistently crashes my game.

No debug.err was created by the game.

My DxDiag: DxDiag

Memory dump: zip

Prior to starting to play, I had performance issues, reducing the screen size to 800x600 made the game playable.
