[Crash] Game does not get past the introduction screen

Hi.

When I start elemental the welcome (beta 2) screen appears. Must often the game does not proceed (9 of 10 times) to the intro movie/main menu.

Do I need to delete my saved games manually (this seems to help sometimes) or re-activate the game in any way?

Edit: Windows informs me that the problem is with the file? AppHangB1 (I don't know how it comes up with this)

64 bit os (win 7)

1,60 Ghz quad core (i7)

4 gb ram (1666mhz)

ATI radeon 4670

Everything upgraded...
