[0.802][Bug] Can't download file? Elemental must be connected to the Inet to start?!?

My ISP was acting up earlier today and my Inet was down for a few hours. During that time I was unable to start Elemental because I kept getting a message that said unable to download data file. Please be sure you are connected to the internet and logged into Impulse?!?!

I couldn't even get past the main loading screen to the menu and was kinda suprised to see a message like that considering stardock has such a nice track record of not bogging down paying customers with stupid DRM type stuff. But this almost seems like it's some kind of DRM message. I just hope this Inet requirement isn't in the final game which is obvious I already paid for seeing as I'm in beta from fully paid pre-order.

Internet access is required.
In order to keep everyone on the same page and allow the developers to update the data without needing to stage an entirely new build, the beta requires internet connectivity in order to download data files at runtime. Ensure that you are connected and that the game is allowed through any firewall apps you have; apparent startup hangs or in-game oddities can result if you do not. This is only a requirement of the beta, and will not be present in the final version.

I had this problem, no matter what I did with my firewall I could not download file (even with internet working). So, I ran the base exe outside Impulse (with Impulse still running) and that did the trick. Which is good, because the game is looking great.

I did read the pin up topics. A couple months ago when first got in beta. I had forgotten reading that section though.
