[Bug-Gameplay] Negative Population

When I was playing earlier tonight I had a city with negative population.  I noticed i couldn't train from the city and when I looked at the training screen it told me i had -138 people in the city.  When i hovered over the bar that tells me how long till the city upgrades the text said something like 4 million out of 758 people were in the city.  I'm currently at work, but will try to upload some screens and maybe the save file when I get home.

in the second pic you hae -1 prestige, considering that number is exactly how many people you get per turn, that might be why your city has no-one in it.  Although there might not be a cap to stop your population going into negatives once your pop reaches 0.

If your going to build a slum, make sure you build a town hall or something to equal out the prestige loss

The prestige worked to get people to come back to the city.  This was actually a city I had liberated from the AI so the buildings in it were a little weird.  I think i built the slum as an experiment.

Even so, the city is still eating the next 133 people that come into it.  Apparently the former residents found it so distasteful that they left something behind to make sure that no one will ever live there again.  Something dark, from beyond our world.  Something from a universe with non-euclidean geometry.  This might be the start of a cool quest....
