Can't find Elemental on Impulse

Man, I am having the worst luck over here.  I ordered the game this morning and it didn't run right.  My pc has been acting up lately, shutting off randomly, text boxes disappearing from websites, etc, so I figured a reload was in order.  After blowing away the partitioning, my xp pro cd is refusing to format any drive (I tried 3), and won't recognize a drive formatted on my 2nd pc, which was loaded from that same disc.   Looks like I'll be upping to win7 tomorrow  

Anyway, I hopped over to my 2nd pc, which works fine, to try the game again.  Got Impuse loaded, and now I don't see E. anywhere in there.  All I see are GC2 and Sins...  Am I missing something, or are we only allowed a dl to one pc?  I did forget to save my emails, and I don't remember if I had to link to the game from an email or not...
