replays not possible

I loaded some replays , but all are invalid save files

I do use diplomacy expansion... where to find replays ?

Those old replays are of earlier versions, so you can't watch them now.  The only replays that you can watch now, are those created with the current patch.

There are a few current (1.19) replays posted on the boards, but not many.  See here & here or here.  The last one is titled: "Watch a replay of a 5v5 game played on Diplomacy with pro players".

I am curious to see how experiencied players can play against the computer and with the pirates

I tried a lot of strategies to defeat the pirates, but it is not that easy ..

 

AND i use a mod .. i hope it stands not in the way to replay?

Situation:

Two replays chrashes(minidumps) so i has somethingto do with the MOD .. so i must replay the standard SOSE

You'll need to disable the mod to watch those two replays; they were played without mods.  Also, the players in those games are playing against other real people, not the AI, and with pirates turned off.  However, whatever strategies you learn from those human players should help you manhandle the AI (unless you're playing against insanely-buffed Cruel or Vicious) because the AI is incompetent compared to human opponents.  (Those two replays are probably almost all-pro games.)
