[0.802][Bug/Gameplay] End of Turn button disabled after some time of play

End of Turn button disabled

My End of Turn button is disabled after some playtime:

image (the image include doesn't work)

I reload and try again and on the same time its disabled againt.

It maybe related to the Oasis! Its always the same turn the oasis is finsihed.

I can't continue the game after that. No way to bring up the next turn for me.
