[0.802][BETA2][Crash] Notebook crashed when attacking the 2nd time in same turn

As title says, notebook just turned off.
there was no Zipfile in the path for vista: programdata/stardock/elemental - war of magic, there was only .csv-file named ElementalClient_5738896 with the info

Plus a folder named "screens" with .dxscreen-files.

I couldn't find a debug.err in the folder documents/mygames/elemental
Maybe it's just my notebook and not the beta, but since it happened the second time already, I thought it has maybe something to do with memory. (this has occured in Fallout3 and civ4 before, but not very often).
edit: loading and playing the autosavegame and repeating both attacks caused no problems. Alt-Tab to write this worked, but going back caused an error: "dx invalid call". (fullscreen mode)
edit: happened again.
