[0.802][Crash] out of memory error

The Game is a lot more stable now . had the game running for almost 9 hours a majority of that was active game play.

 

alas the game black screened and displayed 2 out of memory errors.

not very helpful  but its all i have as there was no debug.err created.

 

 

windows 7 64bit ultimate

4 gigs of memory

intel e8500

nvida 8800gt  512meg 197.13 driver

Guess I'll post here rather than spam the forums with another "out of memory" thread :P

BTW: Win 7 x64, i7 940, 12 GB ram, Radeon 5870

I just experienced the same error, and the game didn't generate a dump file, but here's my DxDiag, my latest Save and the ZIP file from the ProgramData folder. I noticed two independent Out of Memory error boxes when the game did a CTD. This happened when I clicked on the next turn button.
