I paid 6 days ago expecting them to charge me immediatly, they didn't and it got to yesterday and I received an happy email stating that they failed to charge me,ok then got my mother to put more money in the credit card and sent a ticket at stardock stating my problem which they happily replied by saying that my transaction didn't fail because I wasn't charged.

I supose this is the first costumer support that at least acknowledges my problem by stating it.

The problem is that it's way to unreliable for me to keep money on the credit card since it's not mine,I'd realy preffer if they just charged me immediatly since if they don't i'm gonna be playing a gambling game praying that there is money on the credit card when they try to charge and if that is the case I might as well just pay for the game after release.

But oh well since they are giving automatic access maybe I'll wait a bit more and see if they try to charge me again.

Edit: Still nothing, I could just pre-order it again but my account shows elemental as something that I ordered and can't realy risk buying the game two times, well so much for my weekend of playing elemental I supose.

Preorders are currently charging immediately until Monday. After that (unless Brad opts to extend it) it will go back to queuing orders until the next opening. If you have any issues with ordering, please contact [email protected].

We don't recharge failed orders. You will need to place a new one.
