[.802] [Minor Bug] Needed 101 gold to build a city

The description for building a city I needed 100 gold (actually gildar I think). When I had 100 gold I was not able to build though, the button was still greyed out.

same thing sometimes happen to me when building units. i wonder if the computer uses fractional numbers then rounds up for the visual display.
