{Beta 2}(Crash to Desktop) - Attacking an Champion

I'm going to see if I can simulate this again, but...

I was moving on the map and just trained a Basic Spearman and got the group together. I was moving towards an Inn, when I encountered an Champion fighting on the map. I was trying to attack the Champion, when he moved forward and only my Soverign moved forward to attack, effectively a blank space. He swung his sword and then, crash to desktop.

Using Vista 64 Ultimate SP2; 4 Gigs of Memory; Intel Core Duo, E8400; 8800GTS 512k
