[Beta 2][Bug/Gameplay] In-game chat windows prevents interaction with inventory

Pretty much what it says...

If I have the In-Game chat window on screen, the only thing I can do with my champions/sovereign's inventory is pass around unequipped items. I can not equip or unequip anything, nor can I use any consumables. If I close the chat window, it behaves normally.

Can anyone confirm/duplicate this?
