[.802] [Bug] Removal of faction from "Selected Opponent" box

When choosing opponent factions it is possible to both double-click and drag them down into the "selected opponent" box. When all opponents are selected (i.e. four of them) it is NOT possible to remove one of any of them by dragging the faction up to the unselected box. It is possible to double click one of them away and afterwards it is possible to drag them away.
