I pre-ordered the game, but I neither received an email w/ a key, or a beta build to download. Any ideas?
Kryo posted somewhere that there was a lot of pre-orders so they had a lot of people to go through and activate...Maybe you are really unlucky and will have to wait untill after the weekend...Sorry.
Am too tired to look for the post, but it was in one of those with some guy asking if it was too late even if he only preordered earlier today ( earlier as in before the beta started but still very close).
Hope they have some automated system otherwise you might be out of luck

Wait for them to process your order would be my guess. I can't remember how long it took when I got in, but it wasn't long.

The preorder queue has been done charging for a couple of hours now. When checking in Impulse make sure that you have beta versions set to show in the options. If it still does not appear and you haven't gotten an email, contact [email protected].
