[beta2] crash to desktop when switching from single to multiplayer.

Just ran into a repeating bug.

When playing a single player game, if I go to the main menu and hit the multiplayer button then cancel out out of the login screen. I get a screen saying that my lord was injured and had to return home to rest and then I get taken back to the main menu. After that if I try to load my auto save or click multiplayer the game immediately CTDs.

I was looking for where either the mini dump or the crash log is and I couldn't find it my Elemental folder.

Most likely just a loophole in blocking a second game in the same session (the cleanup code needs work so starting another game or loading without restarting the game first is disabled for this build).
