Problem while installing: "Problem with XML - Application file list not found (elemental)"

Hi,

I just preordered couple of days ago and tried to install the new beta but the install won't go through due to some sort of complaint on XML. I found impulse-errorlog and pasted it here: http://pastebin.com/M1BHFzas

OS is Windows 7 x64 (and only couple of days old install), tested account is non-administrator but install is on elevated permissions. My attempts to get forward with this results in redownloading the whole gigabyte so any ideas what might be wrong here? 

I have been able to install other games on Impulse just fine.

I'm receiving this error, as well, and this is the first beta version I've tried installing (purchased the game specifically to enter the beta at this time (Beta 2)).

I was able to find this post at https://forums.stardock.com/350201 about a similar issue with Demigod and apply a similar process to fix the issue for me. I simply created a new folder called production in the ProgramData/Stardock/Impulse/elemental/ directory and copy the elemental.xml file from beta.
