[0.802][Bug/Interface] Build city icon is grayed (Fixed for Beta2a)

I moved my champion on a tile occupied by a pouch, got the content of it, then proceeded to build a city on that tile. While the "build city" button on the interface was grayed ("the tile need to be unoccupied" or something), I could still build the city.

First time beta testing, but I love the game for far! Keep up the good work!

This was discovered and fixed internally after hte cutoff point for new code to be added, so next update will have that taken care of. Thanks for the catch, tho!
