Question regarding localization for Elemental

What regions/languages will Elemental be shipping with/for?

 

Specifically, I'm curious about whether it will be shipping for Spanish speaking audiences or not.

 

If not at release, will there be plans for additional localizations further down the road?

Localization of SD games are generally a nightmare if you want to have an up-to-date localization since SD provides lots of free updates that include new contents.
