Credit Card versus other payment options

I would love to preorder this game, but I dont have a credit card available. It's not used that often here in the Netherlands (actually pretty much never, unless you are a tourist).

There seems to be an option to use PayPal, which would be fine with me.. but it doesn't allow that for preorders... Is there any other way to pay for the preorder?

Paypal will be available for a while (usually a week or two) after Beta 2 begins during the time that preorders get charged instantly. Paypal does not handle delayed transactions so we cannot accept it while orders are going to the queue rather than immediately charging.
