Does anyone Know If....

Does anyone know if there will be swimming (feat), Jumping (Feat), Etc. I have read there will be no Flying feat so I am guessing it is safe to assume the same is for the others mentioned?

Also how about hunger and thirst will that be an option?

I seem to have read that weather will not be a part of Vanilla but can be modded is that correct?

Thanks

End of Wintersong's quote

Well yes you are right Wintersong, but since it is still a game in development I figured it would not hurt to try and tip the scale further towards the RP side. ("for better balance you see" just kidding). I am just to exited about this game and well I need to go do something else before I get myself banned from the forum. Maybe later beta will be out and I can start my mini fire work show

I suppose you could have 'swimming' allowing the unit to move 1 square into water tiles, allowing for crossing tight island chains and lakes... rather than full water walking... jumping being a two tile battle teleport so you can jump over/behind a unit. Hunger and thirst should only be important when it's in exceptional conditions... like deserts giving you 'hunder and thirst' with whatever mechanics are appropriate - negative regeneration, becomes suffering/withered/dying after 15 turns without stopping at a city/outpost... maybe global spells could affect water and food availability such that values from scavenging are zero increasing troop upkeep for living troops, or providing abundant food decreasing upkeep costs... don't think there will ever be requirements for supply lines for food and each town having wells/pumps and aquequcts though... unless i'm mistaken it's a little bit much.

We know that there will be flying units (Dragons !), the problem is more about flying *armies* (no flying mounts/spells at release, might come later in a patch/expention)
